Fall Work Day – Volunteer Opportunity

At Christ’s Haven For Children, we are striving to maintain a culture that promotes Normalcy, Dignity, and Hope for all of the youth and families we serve through a trauma-informed, family model of care.
You can help by volunteering at the upcoming Fall Work Day. Volunteers will help clean, organize, and refresh our neighborhood of homes. Whether you love putting things in order, gardening, or have a knack for assembling furniture, your help will make a big difference. Come ready to pitch in and make our space shine.
Our neighborhood of homes currently includes seven houses with a set of houseparents caring for 6-8 youth, 2 independent living homes for our young adults launching into adulthood, 2 playgrounds, basketball courts, a soccer field, a gymnasium, a pool, a Chapel, etc. Volunteers will be assigned projects spread out across our 58 acres.

Need to know
- Majority of the Fall Work Day volunteer duties will require manual labor and be outdoors.
- All children 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
