Let’s talk about it all. Parents and their teens are invited to a free substance abuse prevention training. This topic is not easy but is so important. Substance abuse expert, Kyle Pillans, wants to create a non-threatening atmosphere to talk to both parents and teens about how to navigate a teen’s journey in preventing substance abuse.

Presenter: Kyle Pillans, Stonewater Recovery Center
Kyle has two decades of experience in helping families find recovery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from the University of North Texas and has acted as a children’s counselor, community advocate, treatment center founder, operational leader, program developer, and more. Her personal knowledge of the impact that mental health and substance use issues can have on a family system has driven her dedication to a career that provides hope, growth, and change for every individual in the family.
