now Hiring: Facilities Director

We are looking for a full-time Facilities Director to join our team. This position is a member of Christ’s Haven’s Leadership Team and will report directly to the CEO overseeing facilities operations for all of Christ’s Haven’s entities ensuring a living experience of Normalcy, Dignity, and Hope for displaced youth.

  • Facility Maintenance & Repairs
  • Budgeting & Cost Management
  • Customer Service & Compliance

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related field
  • High school degree required, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Facilities management certification a plus
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, and time management skills required
  • Ability to pass a Swimming Pool Compliance certification test
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed in addition to regular work week
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Compliance with requirements and standards stated in Christ’s Haven Employee Manual
  • Basic computer skills required, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and willing to submit to driving record check
  • Willing to submit to organization’s background check and drug test to meet our minimum standards for licensing
  • Willing to sign organization’s Statement of Faith
