If you think back to childhood summers, your fondest memories probably include a summer vacation or a trip to camp. These special moments and memories are powerful ways to provide normalcy to the youth at Christ’s Haven.
This summer brought double the fun, with Christ’s Haven teens exploring the Hill Country for a vacation and retreat. A special thank you to the Sportsmen’s Club of Fort Worth for their generosity providing funding for the trip. We also want to thank a few of our volunteer mentors for spending their week making an impact with our teens.
Another summer highlight for Christ’s Haven youth was attending a week away at Pine Cove Summer Camp. Thank you to Pine Cove Camps and members of Restoration Church for making this possible.
