Neighborhood Grants strengthen longstanding and newly established community connections that partners are nurturing and building as community champions, all in service of our neighborhoods. The organizations nominated in this round are empowering youth, fighting hunger, uplifting families, addressing homelessness and promoting environmental stewardship.
