We are looking for a full-time Development Manager to join our team.
This position will report to the VP of Development supporting the organization’s fundraising initiatives to raise $3,000,000 annually.

Requirements:
Must have demonstrated success in a development position or in related field with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
High school degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends required in addition to regular work week
Must have ability for local travel for meetings and volunteer activities as requested
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and donor database management (Salesforce and Go Fund Me)
Must complete annual staff trainings per supervisor’s direction
Ability to physically stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and willing to submit to driving record check
